An International Engineering Company based in Dar-es-salaam is seeking local talents to fill four sales position of which two are in Renewable Energy and two in Industrial Engineering.  All applicants will be going through a series of interviews. Qualified candidates should forward their CV’s to hr@aeg.co.tz

COMMISSION BASED SALES POSITIONS:

·       To research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
·       To establish, to develop and to maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers and to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
·       To make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
·       To Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
·       To expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
·       To coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service
·       To demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
·       Must be able to meet set sales targets

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

·       Must posses at least one year experience in the sales and marketing. Solar sales or industrial experiences preferred
·       Engineering/Marketing degrees preferred
·       Possession of a post-secondary is a Must. University degree or equivalent
·       MUST demonstrate aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers is preferred
·       Must be result-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
·       Must posses’ excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·       Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications is preferred
·       Must be proficient in both English and Kiswahili
·       Must be authorized to work in Tanzania
