The land division of the High Court has halted any move to demolish a multi-billion shillings mansion belonging to Reverend Getrude Rwakatare which authorities say is standing on a protected area.
Justice John Mugeta ruled yesterday that the court ruled on a similar matter in 2012 and declared that the plot where the house is built was legally surveyed and the project had not violated urban plans.
