SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER TECHNICAL - INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Manage the team and complete the service delivery tasks (i.e. site survey, installations, site visits and project closure). Act as an interface between Clients, Support, Network Operation Centre, CAM, Accounts, and Sales and logistic on matters needing their attention on service delivery
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
• Act as an interface between Support, Network Operation Centre, CAM, Accounts, Sales and logistic on escalation.
• Manage the service delivery team to ensure that site visits are done as per planed with client in terms of timing
• Ensure all installations are arranged and executed as per agreed SLA.
• Ensure all projects are completed with all documents required as per agreed SLA
• Manage and keep service delivery team motivated to get best of performance from team
• Preparing Weekly, monthly and yearly consolidates reports of service delivery
• Use ERP to manage the calls are attended on time and closed as per SLA agreed
• Assist technically engineers where possible
• Oversee the service delivery cars in terms of usage, maintenance
• Arrange for project kick off meeting with project team
• Manage the tools usage of engineers
• Ensure all up country tasks are completed by partners on time and documentations received on time
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science in Computer or Computer Engineering or related field
Minimum Work Experience and Technical Experience:
3+ year experience in related field with leadership exposure
