The President, who was in his car and about to leave Machakos after his day long tour, apparently spotted the young girl amidst the huge crowd that had gathered to see him off and urged his mean looking security men to allow her to come close and shake his hand.
The clearly excited student could not help but shed a tear of joy after shaking the hand of the Commander in Chief.
